SAHIL CHOPRA WON TWO GOLD MEDALS IN ALL INDIA INTERVARSITY SWIMMING CHAMPIONSHIP

PATIALA . : Punjabi University Patiala’s Swimmer Sahil Chopra won 2 Gold Medal and 1 Bronze medal in All India Intervarsity recently held at Panjab University Chandigarh. Today Dr. Raj Kumar Sharma Director Sports Punjabi University greeted and welcomed the player and his coach Sh. H.S.Sidhu. He appreciated Sahil and his coach. He said Sahil brought proud for Punjabi University. Sahil Chopra won Gold Medal in 50 Meter Free Style and 100 Meter Free Style events. He also won Bronze Medal in 200 Meter Free Style event. He secured fourth position in 50 meter butterfly, 50 & 100 meter breast stroke events. On this occasion Deputy Director Dr. Gurdeep Kaur, Assistant Director Mohinderpal Kaur, Dr. Dalbir Singh Randhawa, Coach Jaswant Singh were present.
