Delhi Court summons AAP MLA as an accused

Today in the case titled as S.N. VERMA VS BHAWNA GAUR( Palam MLA) listed in the Court of Shri Pankaj Sharma, MM, Dwarka Court, Hon,Ble MM court passed the order of summoning of AAP MLA from Palam, MS. Bhawna Gaur.
It may be noted that case was filed against AAP MLA for an offence punishable U/S 125 A of Representation of People Act, 1951 for concealing/furnishing false information in her affidavit related to her qualification during Delhi Assembly Elections held in 2013/2015. The court had taken cognizance of the complaint on 02.07.2015 and subsequently pre summoning evidence was conducted and finally the court has passed the order for summoning of the AAP MLA in this case.The next date of hearing is 01.10.2015.
