Chandigarh, : An agriculture development officer has been caught red-handed in Sonipat while accepting a bribe of Rs 10,000 for passing a subsidy of Rs one lakh for a wheat cutting machine. Pardeep Kumar, Agriculture Development Officer of Sonipat was caught by officers of Haryana State Vigilance Bureau when he was accepting the bribe from a resident of Gohana yesterday,
