VARIOUS COMPETITIONS MARK 61ST DISTRICT ATHLETIC GAMES

Bathinda: The 61st District Athletics Games under 14, 17 and 19 are being held under the DEO (secondary) Mrs Amarjit Kaur Kotfatta and AEO (sports) Mrs Pavittar Kaur.
The results for today are as follows: u 19 (200 m) boys Manpreet Singh from Sangat zone secured first place, Satpal Singh from Talwandi Sabo zone secured second place and Ranjit Singh from Mandi Kalan zone secured third place. In u 19 (200 m) girls Ramandeep Kaur from Bathinda 1 zone secured first place, Kamaldeeo Kaur from Bathinda 2 secured second place and Karampreet Kaur from Talwandi Sabo zone secured third place. In u 19 (5 kms walk) boys Harpreet Singh from Talwandi Sabo zone secured first place, Nirmal Singh from Talwabdi Sabo zone secured second place and Lakhwinder SIngh from Sangat zone secured third place. In u 19 (5 kms walk) boys Bharti from Mandi Phool zone stood first, Balwindern Kaur from Mandi Kalan secured second place and Amritpal Kaur from Talwandi Sabo secured third place.
In u 19 (discus throw) girls Sandeep Kaur from Maur Mandi secured first place, Sukhmandeep Kaur from Bathinda 2 zone secured second place and Komalpreet Kaur from Mandi Kalan zone secured third place. In u 19 (discus throw) boys Harmandeep SIngh from Bathinda 2 zone, Swaranjit Singh from Mandi Phool and Manpreet Singh from Talwandi Sabo zone secured first, second and third places respectively. In u 14 (discus throw) girls Amandeep Kaur from Goniana Mandi, Arshpreet Kaur from Goniana Mandi and Jashanpreet Kaur from Maur Mandi secured first, second and third places respectively. In u 14 (discus throw) Bhupinder from Bathinda 2 zone, Gursajan Singh from Maur Mandi and Satnam Singh from Maur Mandi secured first, second and third places respectively. In u 17 (discus throw) boys Harmandeep Kaur from Mandi Phool, Akashdeep Kaur from Goniana Mandi and Rajdeep Kaur from Goniana Mandi secured first, second and third places respectively.

In u 19 (long jump) girls Manpreet from Talwandi Sabo zone, Sukhpreet from Talwandi Sabo zone and Sandeep Kaur from Mandi Kalan zone secured first, second and third places respectively. In u 17 (100 m) boys Sudhanshu from Bathinda 1, Harvinder Singh from Mandi Phool and Sukhpreet Singh from Bathinda 1 zone secured first, second and third places respectively. In u 14 (long jump) boys Parvinder Singh from Goniana Mandi zone, Sukhwinder Ram from Maur Mandi and Amanpreet Singh from Bathinda 2 zone secured first, second and third places respectively. In u 19 (long jump) boys Manpreet Singh from Sangat, Arvinder Singh zone Talwandi Sabo and Harimandar Singh from Bathinda 1 zone secured first, second and third places respectively.
