STATE BANK OF PATIALA CELEBRATED 69TH INDEPENDENCE DAY

State bank of Patiala celebrated 69th Independence Day at its Head Office, The Mall, Patiala. Sh. S A Ramesh Rangan, Managing Director of the Bank hoisted flag on the occasion. A cultural programme was organized where Bank employees, children from SOS Children Village, Rajpura and Deaf & Dumb School Safidopur, Patiala performed. Sh. Rangan told that we should be thankful to those martyrs who sacrificed their lives for our country as also the countless patriots who struggled for our independence.
There after 10 wheel chairs, 5 stretchers and 10 Dustbins were donated by the Bank to Rajindra Hospital and handed over to Dr. B.L.Bhardwaj (Medical Supdtt. & HOD of Medicine Govt. Rajindra Hospital Patiala) and a Tri-Cycles to differently abled person by Sh. Rangan.
On this Auspicious Occasion, Sh. Rangan also launched the Bank’s New Loan Products such as Happy Home, Happy Wheelz, Happy Scholar, Happy Loans and Happy Business along with the new website. A new series SBP Quick was also launched to provide superior customer services. The Managing Director also distributed sweets among the staff & Public.
On the occasion Bank’s Chief General Managers Sh. Kalyan Mukherjee, Sh. Haridas K V and Smt.Papia Sengupta. General Managers, Deputy General Managers and Bank’s other officers & Staff members were present.
