SAD HAS NO OBJECTION IF AMARINDER LIKES TO DREAM LIKE MUNGERI LAL : DR. CHEEMA

Patiala, : The Shiromani Akali Dal today said that it has no objection if former Chief Minister Capt. Amarinder Singh likes to dream like Mungeri lal for establishment of Congress government in the state.
Reacting to the statement of Capt. Amarinder Singh at Rajpura rally today, the SAD Secretary and Spokesman and Punjab Education Minister Dr. Daljit Singh Cheema said that it was strange that after biting dust twice in the Vidhan Sabha elections Capt. Amarinder Singh is still dreaming to come to power in next Vidhan Sabha elections. He reminded the Congress leader that the people of the state had voted for Parkash Singh Badal’s style of functioning while rejecting his royal style of functioning as S. Badal is always down to earth and always prefer to go to the people for their works.
Dr. Cheema said that Sangat Darhan Programmes are the best way to reach out to the people for doing their works. He also reminded the former CM that during his tenure as Chief Minister leave alone the common man his own ministers had to search for him to get their works done. He said that if still he thinks that his style is the best and dreams to regain power then the SAD wishes best of luck to him and it has no objection in his dreaming like Mungeri lal.
Lashing out the Congress MP for his comments on Education system in the state, the Education Minister said that he (Capt. Amarinder) was only CM of any state who had banned the recruitment of teachers during his tenure as Chief Minister. If he had done the required work during his tenure as CM the situation would have been different. He further said that during the last eight years much has been done in this field which has placed Punjab at the top in providing education system in the country. He urged the Congress leader to find some other way for becoming the President of the PPCC instead of wasting the time of people and money of his own partymen.
