Patiala,: Barbeque Nation, India’s most successful casual dining restaurant has launched its new outlet in Patiala in Punjab. Mr Gurpreet Ghuggi, actor, comedian from Punjab along with children of Banni School inaugurated 98th outlet worldwide.
Foodies in Patiala now stand a chance to experience the joy of grilling their own vegetarian and non-vegetarian barbeques on live grills, embedded on the tables at the restaurant. The outlet, spread across an area of 3800 square feet, can accommodate 90 guests and sports a white-orange logo, with a crown atop the brand name which is in line with Barbeque Nation’s new theme of decor
Barbeque Nation, pioneer of ‘DIY’ (do-it-yourself) cuisine with a concept of live on-the-table grill, is the largest casual dining brand in the country. Apart from offering a scrumptious menu, the ambience at the restaurant follows a theme that radiates a rustic feel with exposed brick walls and sizzling skewers on tables that double as live kitchen.
The eat-all-you-can buffet at Barbeque Nation showcases an array of vegetarian and non-vegetarian spread. The famous starters on offer will include Mushlika Chicken Tikka, Capper Pepper Grill Fish, Angaara Tangdi, Mutton Masala Seekh, Cilantro Fish and Lemon Herbs Prawn for the non-vegetarians. For the vegetarians, the menu offers mouth-watering Tandoori Paneer Tikka, the in house special Cajun Spiced Potato and Honey Chilli Pineapple.
To satiate the sweet tooth, the dessert menu comprises Chocolate Walnut Brownie, Gulab Jamun and Kesari Phirnee, along with a wide range of Kulfis at the restaurant’s most famous Kulfi Nation counter, where guests can mix various flavours and create different combinations.
