ITBPolice, Patiala. An inter battalion officers’ badminton championship tournament was organized at DMW indoor stadium on 24th and 25th August, 2015. Team of officers from different battalions and different locations of Punjab, Delhi and J&K participated in the tournament. Opening and closing ceremonies were conducted by Commandant, 51st Bn., Patiala, Sh. Pritam Singh. During his speech during closing ceremony, he emphasized the importance of games and keeping physically fit by the force officers. Officers need to be a role model and have to lead the troops from front during any war or combat operations against terrorists’. On this occasion, various officers from ITBPolice and DMW were present.
