76th All India Inter University Athletics Championship begins with a bang

PATIALA : 76th All India Inter University Athletics (M&W) Championship begins here at Synthetic Track of University Campus successfully under the chairmanship of Dr. Raj Kumar Sharma Director Sports. Nearabout 4000 athletes from 173 universities from all over country are competing each other in this championship. Ex. Rajya Sabha Member S. Tarlochan Singh was the Chief Guest of the opening ceremony. Dr. Jaspal Singh Vice Chancellor of Host University presided over the function. The Championship start with Flag Hoisting by the Chief Guest. Athletes of various teams gave guard of honour with a grand March Past to the chief guest. A colourful fire works was done. A souvenir was also released on this occasion in connection with the Athletic Championship. On this occasion, Brg. Labh Singh, Former National Chief Coach S.
